Bank

To add the bank details, you have an option in the Contacts module. The option will be provided under the Configuration menu.

In the creation window, you will get the details, such as the name of the bank, the identifier code of the bank, and the name of the country, respectively.

Bank Accounts

In the contact module, you have the option to make a new bank account. The option will be from the configuration menu. On the page, you will get the list of all already created bank details. The details include the Account Number, Name, name of the Company, and Account Holder’s name, and the option to trigger if the money is spent.

The information in this page includes the name of the industry and its full name. To create a similar kind of industry, just go to the Create icon. The similar kind can be easily added to the new line. Then, go to the save icon.

To create a similar kind of bank account, you can go to the Create button.

On the creation page, you can include the account number, company name, account holder, bank name, currency, account holder name, and choose whether it is ABA or routing. There is an option to trigger the send money option as well. Finally, go to the save button.

Under the contact module in the Odoo ERP software, you have the options, such as countries, Fed. States, and country groups in the configuration menu. On selecting the countries option, you will be directed to page as follows.

As you can see, the page displays the list of all the countries and the country codes. On selecting the Fed States option, you can see the list of names of the state, the code of each state, and the countries, respectively.

It is very easy to include a new state by selecting the create icon. The country group option under the configuration menu gives all the already created country groups on the page.

To create a similar kind of country group, you can go to the create icon. Now, you will see the new page as follows.

On the creation page, you have to add the name of the country group and the specific country as well. Below that, with the help of the Add a Line option, you easily add a new price list. On certain new price lists, the contact who is under this contact will follow this price list. There are options to provide the Discount policy, Currency, Website, and name of the Company in the allotted space.

It is very easy to manage and regulate every contact-related issue under the contact module in Odoo ERP software.
