Attendances Overview

The attendance menu in the attendance module helps you to collect data regarding the employees in the company. On the page, you have the name of the employee, check-in time, check-out time, and hours of work.

The page can be seen in Kaban and the list view also. For the HR department, the data can be shared in the form of an .xlsx file. The reports of the employee will be available on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

Reporting

Based on the working of the employees, their work can be monitored with the help of reports of their work. The hours of work done can be easily analyzed using this option. The report can also be created for payroll activity in order to analyze the daily or monthly payment of a particular employee.

On the report, you will get the details, such as hours worked on the Y- axis and check in on the X-axis. The graphical representation of the page can be in Line, Bar, or Pie chart. The page can be seen in the Kanban view too. With the help of the Measure option, you can select a suitable measure as well. The Filters and Group By options can be made used for modifying the reports as per our needs.
