Attendance

The Attendance module in Odoo ERP Software helps you in managing and keeping records of all the working times of the employees in a company. It is essential in human resource management activities for small and large-scale organizations. Based on this working hour is the salary decided for each employee. As the world develops to a higher extent, traditional methods of managing the business employee’s working period is not possible. There is a high probability for errors and mistakes if we make use of the conventional method. So, a modern form of system is necessary for this purpose. Such a highly integrated method reduces the scope of mistakes.

The Odoo Attendance module is here for the purpose of keeping the data on the working hours of all the employees in the office. The works can be recorded on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Let us see all the features in this module.

Check-In/ Check-Out

On opening the Attendance module, you will get the Check-In or Check-Out, which can be used to log in upon joining the work and log out after the completion of work.

On the image, you can select the arrow key to make it check-in or check-out. On doing so, you will be provided with a new page, as shown below.

On clicking the check-in, the page shows the checked-in time and hours of time worked as well. Similarly, the check-out window gives the window, as shown below.

Here also, you can see the total hours of work time, check-out time, and the extra hours worked on that particular day.
