SMS Confirmation
Odoo can also help you to generate automated SMS on confirmation of the delivery orders in the same method we generated automated confirmation emails. It is an IAP service and you need to buy credits to send SMS to your customers. All you have to do is enable the SMS confirmation option under the Shipping tab from the Settings menu of the Inventory module.
You are allowed to edit and create a new SMS Template from the setting menu itself. After confirming a delivery order, Odoo will send an automated text message and you will be able to see this under the Log Note tab in the activity field.
