Reception Report
This is a new feature added in the Odoo 15 Inventory module. Using this feature, now, you can view and allocate received quantities. When you open the Odoo Inventory module, from the Settings menu, you can find the option to enable the ‘Reception Report’ as shown in the image below.
You can also enable the ‘Show Reception Report at Validation’ to automatically open the reception report when a receipt is validated. After enabling these fields, go to the Purchase module to generate a Purchase Order.
After confirming the Purchase Order, click the Receive Product button given in the window and validate the receipt. When you validate the receipt, the Reception Report will be automatically displayed on the screen as shown below with the product allocation.
You can use the ‘Assign’ option to allocate the product. By clicking the Assign button, you will also get the Print Label option. This Receipt Report feature in Odoo 15 can be used to allocate products according to requirements.
