Lead Enrichment
Through the lead enrichment in Odoo, you can collect more about the contact information of the customer from a single email ID. You can create a new lead with the help of this email ID as the contact information. Odoo CRM will extract contact details of potential customers from outside sources with the help of advanced enrichment tools available in the system. The option to enable the Lead Enrichment can be found in the Settings menu inside the Configuration option.
After enabling this option, you can create a new pipeline by using the available email ID of the customer. While saving the new pipeline, you will get an option to enrich the lead.
By clicking the ‘Enrich’ button the contact information about the customer will be automatically generated and also you can save the contact for future business operations.
