The Odoo CRM has separate options to manage the lost opportunities and there we can describe the lost reasons for the opportunities under the lost reasons menu available in the configuration tab of the platform.

In the Odoo CRM pipeline, we have the option to mark the lead as won or lost in every lead or opportunity that we created.

When you select to mark lost button and you will be depicted with a pop-up window where you can provide the reason for the loss.

If we are submitting the reason for the loss of opportunity our lead will be marked as lost under the opportunity menu. It is also possible in Odoo to restore the opportunity. This platform will give you a clear picture of the opportunity pipeline and automatically archive the lost opportunities and keep them as separate fields.

Concerning a business, an inspection of how an opportunity is lost is necessary. Therefore, as we concern deeply over generating opportunity or lead, the same concern should be given on losing an opportunity or lead.
