Analysis of Reporting & Employees Goals with Odoo 15 Appraisals

The employee performance is reviewed by the organization every year. It assists in checking out good performers and lead to raising low performers to the highest one. One of the easy processes to identify the performance of employees is appraisal. The Salary structure and employees' performance are boosted with the help of an appraisal. Odoo 15 Appraisals module assists to develop appraisal plans and sorting the appraisals based on plan/employee status. It is easy to automate the evaluation process for employees in a company quickly using the Odoo 15 Appraisals module.

This blog ensures to identify the Reporting and employee Goals with the Odoo 15 Appraisal module.

We can continuously monitor employee performance with the Appraisal management. The involvement of the manager, employee and HR is necessary for it. An efficient ERP is beneficial for appraisal management by generating reports, setting employee goals, and generating appraisal plans. It is possible to analyze the appraisals and impart goals for employees with the Odoo 15 Appraisals module.

Reporting

One of the efficient features of the Odoo 15 Appraisal module is Reporting. It helps to keep track of upcoming evaluations and sets them as a reminder. You can analyze the appraisals of employees quickly with the Reporting feature. For that, select the Reporting Tab from Odoo 15 Appraisal module. Here, users can explore the appraisal status of employees in your company. In the Gantt view, the appraisals reports are arranged on respective dates. You can view the appraisals based on year, day, month, and week formats, as displayed below.

Here, you can view the appraisals of respective employees with their departments. It is possible to sort out the appraisals based on the Status, Employee, and Department by clicking on Group By option. Hence, you can analyze the appraisals separately with the employees' status and department. The appraisal status is visible by clicking on the title of a specific name, as depicted in the screenshot below.

We can see the Employee Name, Status and Department in this open window. Users can also check out the start and end date of appraisal for a particular employee. In the Calendar view, you can analyze appraisal reports based on each day. By clicking on a specific employee title, you can view the Display Name and date of appraisal as depicted in the screenshot below.

On the left side of the calendar, you can see the appraisal status of employees such as To Start, Done and Cancelled. These statuses are displayed with different colours in the calendar to show the employees' appraisals progress. We can develop a new event by selecting a specific date on the calendar. In the New Event window, enter the meeting subject and click on Create icon as displayed in the screenshot below.

The graphical representation of Appraisal Analysis shows the Employee data on X-axis, and Y-axis depicts the count.

You can also view the appraisals data based on Department and Status on a graph using the Group By option as displayed in the screenshot below.

Here, we can see the department and status of an employee appraisal in different colours in the graph. All the data of an employee appraisal is available to you by placing the cursor on a specific Count in the graphical representation. The colour bar of particular departments and appraisal status are shown in the upper part of the graph. You can view the graph based on Pie and Line chart formats. All appraisal data displays in a circle format with variant colours in the Pie Chart, as portrayed in the screenshot below.

The total count of appraisals in a pivot table format is visible through the Pivot view. Here, the number of counts for each employee depicts separately in the pivot table, as displayed in the screenshot below.

Employee Goals

The work given to employees for a specific time is a goal easily managed with the Odoo 15 Appraisals module. Select the Goals tab from the Odoo Appraisal dashboard, and you can access all created goals from the window. In the Kanban view of the Goals window, you can see the employee name, date, and stage with a specific goal title as displayed in the screenshot below.

The list of all created goals is visible from the List view of the Goals window. Here, we can view the information such as Name, Manager, Deadline, Employee, Progress and Next activity as shown in the screenshot below.

Users can set a new goal by clicking on the Create icon, and a new window appears. Let's develop a new goal 'Presentation' for an employee named 'Anita Oliver'. In the New Goal window, enter the Goal name as Presentation and select the employee as Anita Oliver. After selecting the employee, the manager for Anita Oliver is automatically generated in the Manager field. Later, add the end date for your goal by clicking on the Deadline field as depicted in the screenshot below.

Choose the Progress of your goals, such as 25%, 50%, and more. You can add details about the goal inside the Description tab, as displayed in the screenshot above. After that, click on the Save icon, and the goal for Anita Oliver is created efficiently. We can select the Mark as a Done icon after completing the goal by the employee. The created Presentation goal is visible in the Goal window and progress rate as depicted in the screenshot below.

Let's go back to the appraisal window and select the employee, Anita Oliver. In the new Appraisal window of Anita Oliver, you can see sub-menus such as Employee's Goals and No Meeting. We already set a goal for Anita Oliver, and it is viewable as 1 Employee Goals in the Appraisal window as displayed in the screenshot below.

After clicking on the Employee's Goals sub-menu, a new window of Anita Oliver Goals opens before you. Here, we can see that the goal is in Progress and its deadline is within three days.

After completing the goal, you can click on the Mark as a Done icon, and the Progress is at 100%. Now, let's go back to the Goals window, and we can see that the goal is completed by Anita Oliver, as displayed in the screenshot below.

The appraisal process is managed efficiently in a single database with the Odoo 15 Appraisal module. Goals for a specific employee are created within less time, and you can look out the appraisal analysis with a reporting feature. Appraisal management becomes easy by developing surveys, employees goals and appraisal analysis.
